1.What is your best price for this watch?

The price is negotiable. It can change according to your quantity or package. So when you inquiry, why not show the details and needs more clearly for the better feedback.

2.What’s your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?

MOQ is 1 piece as normal. Mix style and colors are available

3.What’s the delivery time?

For products in stock, the lead time is 1-3 days once details confirmed. For customized order, quantity within 1000PCs, production time is 7-15 days after confirm details.

4.Can we mark our own logo on the watch?

Yes, we can make the logo for you. Usually the logo can be marked on dial, case back, crown or buckle, depending on customers’needs.

5.What about the warranty?

We are confident in our quality and packing, the goods are all in good condition when clients received. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest that you check the watches once you receive them, and let us know the details if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it accordingly and immediately.

6.Are your watches waterproof?

Our watches are 30M water resistant. And can be boiled during test.

7.How can I pay you?

After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T (HSBC bank) and Credit Card, Paypal, Western Union, MoneyGram, etc are the most usual ways we are using.

8.How do you take care when your clients received defective products?

replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

9.How do you check all the goods in the production line?

We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
